• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wager value that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. 3y77 will treat the registered name, date of birth, and mobile number as the definitive identity record for that account. Providing false registration information — including using another person's identity or payment method — is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.4 Geographic Access

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the 3y77 platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. 3y77 makes no representation that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Use of a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic access restrictions is a Prohibited Activity under Section 9.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 3y77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. 3y77 will never ask you to share your password or OTP code via email, live chat, or phone.

Any activity carried out from your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 5.3 Minimum Deposit

5.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. 6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 3y77 account. 6.2 Processing Times

6.4 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Real Money Balance is not subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place total wagers of ৳30,000 before the bonus amount — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

3y77 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same promotion multiple times; placing low-risk or near-zero-margin wagers solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine game play; colluding with other players to circulate bonus funds; and withdrawing deposited funds while retaining bonus funds in breach of promotional conditions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and derived winnings voided and may be subject to permanent account closure.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 3y77 recommends reviewing the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account at the time of receipt.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3y77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment method to register an account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users through a web browser.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to mask your true geographic location or circumvent access controls.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place wagers at incorrect odds or game parameters. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Submitting fraudulent payment chargebacks while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by 3y77

3y77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or as required by any applicable legal obligation. In the event of termination for a Terms violation, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held at the time of closure may be forfeited.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Upon account closure request, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet — net of any pending withdrawal requests and net of any Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary closure will not be paid out.

14. Amendments to These Terms

3y77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 3y77 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 3y77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
